There are three items required from the authors of accepted WSDM2011 papers. They are:

1. Submit the final camera-ready paper by November 15, 2010
2. Register WSDM2011 by November 22, 2010
3. Submit the poster file in January 2011

Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one full registration (ACM member, Non ACM member, or Student) by one of the authors on or before November 22, 2010. Failing to do so may run the risk of the paper not being included in the proceedings.

We are very fortunate to secure a limited number of rooms at a comparative discounted group rate on a first-come-first-served basis with the Sheraton Hotel and Towers. Once the supplies of rooms run out, the regular rates will apply. Therefore, do not wait and make your reservation early!
