Become An Exhibitor

The annual ACM International Conferences on Web Search and Data Mining have become the premier event for the web search and data mining community, bringing academia and industry professional alike to share the latest significant developments in the field. WSDM2011 will feature keynote addresses, invited talks, research paper and poster tracks, exhibits, workshops, tutorials, and social events.

Exhibiting at WSDM2011 offers an excellent opportunity to promote your organization through literature distribution, product demonstration, recruitment activities, etc.

The WSDM2011 Organizing Committee invites interested parties to participate in its exhibits program. Here are some available options:

• For general exhibitors, a tabletop will be USD $1,500.
• For non-profit research organizations and publishers, a tabletop will be USD $1,000.

The Exhibitor's package includes:

1. A tabletop
2. One complimentary registration for one person manning the booth
3. Reduced exhibitor registration fee for all others manning the booth
4. Company logo on the conference website
5. One item, e.g., a flyer or CD, to be inserted in the conference bag (additional items in the conference bag at USD $250 per item)

Exhibitors are responsible for bringing all materials, e.g., hardware, software, A/V, decoration, etc., required for their exhibits.
